Costa Rica In-Person Training: February 28-March 7, 2026

TUITION/INVESTMENT:
Step #1 – Training cost of $1,899 + tx CAD paid directly to Breathwork Healing
Step #2 – Accommodation and Meals paid in USD plus tax (price varies) directly to the Peace Retreat & Wellness Centre.  Pay a $500 USD deposit to secure your spot (as of January 28, 2026, you must pay in full).  The total price varies depending on the accommodation you choose – see options at PEACE RETREAT

You are registering for our Certified Breathwork Facilitator Training IN COSTA RICA! This means you have decided to join us in the jungle to become a super special human as you learn how to guide people through some of the most rewarding, healing work. We cannot wait to meet you but before we do, here’s some further information we need to share with you.

Please note that the cost of training ($1,899 + tx CAD) does not include your flight, accommodations, or meals.  After registering here, you must complete Step #2 (which will include accommodations and meals).  Your flight to and from Liberia must be booked separately.

  • a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack

  • high or low blood pressure or use of a pacemaker

  • glaucoma or retinal detachment

  • osteoporosis

  • significant recent physical injuries or surgery

  • mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications

  • a personal or family history of aneurysms

  • if you are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant

  • Trauma in Relation to Breathwork

  • The Business of Breathwork

  • Practical Experience as a Breathwork Facilitator

  • How to Powerfully Assist

  • The Art of Music & Creating Safety

  • The Brain in Relation to Breathwork

  • Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness

  • Working 1:1, with Partners, and in Group Settings

YOUR STAY INCLUDES:

  • 8 days/7 nights at the Peace Retreat and Wellness Centre

  • Group transportation to and from Liberia airport

  • Group breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily (vegetarian, locally prepared – includes eggs, no meat)

  • Onsite cafe offering beverages and snacks for purchaseFree time to relax and explore

  • On site pool with cozy outdoor spaces

  • Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants

  • Exclusive access to open air studio spaces

  • Wifi

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Flight to and from Liberia airport (LIR)

  • If you are choosing to arrive early or extend your stay, transportation to and from the airport outside the group travel days is not included

  • Body Spa for a variety of different treatments (including Woman’s Rituals)

  • Travel insurance

  • Any excursions

ADDITIONAL COST – NOT INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING OR ACCOMODATION/MEAL COST:

  • Sweat Lodge Ceremony – hosted by a local Shaman (must bring $75 USD cash)

  • Cacao Ceremony – hosted by a local Shaman (must bring $75 USD cash)

ABOUT US:
If you haven’t tried a breathwork session with us before, feel free to join us for one of our next sessions. The way we deliver our group breathwork sessions will be one of the ways that we teach you how to set up your own sessions during our training. It is not a prerequisite before registering but can be beneficial to experience it for yourself!
